These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the client portal located at portal.modelsushi.com (the “Portal”), operated by Modelsushi, LLC (“Modelsushi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Drupal architecture & automation services
Managed hosting
Local-first AI system deployment
Infrastructure monitoring & governance
Related consulting services
The Portal is used for:
Billing and invoicing
Client account management
Support tickets
Service provisioning
It is not a public SaaS platform.
Modelsushi provides technical infrastructure and automation services only.
Any AI systems deployed are assistive tools and:
Do not constitute legal advice
Do not constitute medical advice
Do not replace licensed professionals
You are responsible for verifying all outputs before relying on them.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining login credentials securely
All activity under your account
Providing accurate billing information
We may suspend accounts for:
Non-payment
Fraud
Abuse
Violation of these Terms
Fees are defined in your order or contract.
Subscription services auto-renew unless canceled.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
Setup fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom builds and audit services may require deposits.
You may not use Modelsushi infrastructure for:
Illegal activity
Harassment or abuse
Copyright infringement
Malware distribution
Spam operations
Cryptocurrency mining (unless explicitly agreed)
AI deployments may not be used for:
Impersonation
Fraud
Disinformation
Automated legal or medical diagnosis without human oversight
Unless otherwise specified in writing:
You retain ownership of your data.
Modelsushi does not claim ownership of your content.
We do not resell client data.
We do not train public AI models on client data.
For local-first AI deployments, model inference occurs within agreed infrastructure environments.
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance windows, infrastructure upgrades, or upstream outages may occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Modelsushi shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Loss of profits
Data loss beyond backup scope
Business interruption
Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 3 months.
Either party may terminate services per contract terms.
Upon termination:
Access may be revoked
Backups may be deleted after a defined retention window (typically 14–30 days unless otherwise agreed)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
